Not chalking 2 straight preseason losses up to anything other than that... preseason...

But sounds like it's a game they should have easily won. Also sounds like the vets just going through the motions and Stalock doing his usual overly aggressive haphazard style of goal tending. I know goal tending is really not the focus of this club right now, but i really wish they had a bonafide #2 net minder. 2 goals in 57 seconds late in the 3rd doesn't lend much confidence.

Not sure if this is true or not, but it sounded like Stalock tried to do a stretch pass in the 2nd period that didn't work and the Wild were scrambling. But I don't think it was really his fault for the 2 goals in the 3rd period. Sounds like the team was just going through the motions of the game, specifically Staal, who lost the puck to the Blues, who then scored.

So 0 - 3 so far. I wouldn't say it's all that bad, but from the action i've been able to watch, they haven't looked all that great. Much like you'd expect from mostly AHL players and a handful of Vets.

The Parise line looked okay, really the only plus. But you'd like to see a little more organized looking play on the ice, so far it's been pretty sloppy and in disarray.
